Have you recently installed a new router, or are moving your softener to another home? Your softener won't automatically connect to a new router so you'll need to reconnect it. It's super simple Follow the steps below to successfully connect to the new network.
1. Open up and login to the iQua®2 app.
2. On your softener, hold down both arrows to put it in connection mode.
3. In the App, even though your device already shows the softener, you're going to select 'Add a device' to set up the new connection. At the end of this process, when it's officially connected to the new network, it'll only show one device so you won't need to delete the one connected to the previous network.
4. Next, you'll follow the prompts to set up the device again, including selecting your Wi-Fi network and entering your password. Then select 'Connect Device to Network'. If it doesn't connect, select the 'Retry' button. Once it goes through all steps, you'll get a 'Success!' message popping up and then you're good to go!
