| Excessive Water Use | You're using significantly more water than you normally use. This could be caused by a leak in your plumbing, a running toilet or a faucet that has been left on. | Please check your system to ensure you don't have a leak. If this alert was triggered during normal water usage, no further action is required. |
| Water Softener Went Offline | Your water softener has gone offline and isn't connected to the internet. | Verify your Wi-Fi router is powered and connected to the internet. Once the internet connection is restored, your softener will automatically reconnect. |
| Water Softener Went Online | Your water softener has reconnected to your in-home Wi-Fi network. | No action needed. |
| Water Shutoff Valve Closed | The water shutoff valve has been closed. While the water shutoff valve is closed you will not have running water in your home. | The water shutoff valve can be opened from the Status page of the iQua®2 app or manually at the shutoff valve. |
| Water Shutoff Valve Open | The water shutoff valve has been opened. While the water shutoff valve is open you will have running water in your home. | If you experience a plumbing leak, you can close the valve from the Status page of the iQua®2 app or manually at the shutoff valve. |
| Salt Level Low | The salt level in your water softener is low. | Add more salt (between 2-5 on the brine well scale inside). |
| Salt Level Very Low | The salt level in your water softener is very low. If salt is not added soon, you'll no longer have softened water. | Add more salt (between 2-5 on the brine well scale inside). |
| Flow Monitor Alert | This indicates that the water flow rate and water flow time have triggered an alert. This could be caused by a leak in your plumbing, a running toilet or a faucet that has been left on. | If this alert was triggered during normal water usage, the sensitivity of the alert can be adjusted in the iQua®2 app under Manage Device > General > Alert Settings. |
