Need to reset your password? No worries, we're here to help! It's simple. Follow the instructions below.
1. When you open up the iQua®2 app, on the main screen you'll see a 'Forgot Password' option. Go ahead and click on that.
2. Enter your email address and and select 'Submit'.
3. On the next screen, you'll see this information pop up.
4. You'll receive a code from iQua®2 in your email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
5. When you have the code, go ahead and enter it into the iQua®2 app, along with your new password. Select 'Reset Password' when ready.
6. On the next screen, you'll be logged in and ready to go!
