Do you have a flashing, blinking, or steady light showing up on your WiFi softener? Wondering what the light means? Check out the chart below to see what's going on and what you may need to do to fix it.
| Status Light | What It Means | What To Do |
| No Light | Wi-Fi isn't set up or it's off | If you'd like, connect your device |
| Solid Amber | The system is in Connect Mode, waiting to begin connecting to the app | Continue setting up in the app |
| Flashing Amber | System is connecting to Wi-Fi | No action needed |
| Flashing Green | System is connecting to the Internet | No action needed |
| Solid Green | System has a good Wi-Fi signal and is connected to the Internet | No action needed |
| Flashing Red | Wi-Fi connection error | Check to make sure you selected the correct Wi-Fi network and that the password was entered correctly.* |
| Alternating Red and Green | Internet connection error | Confirm the router is connected to the internet. Make sure there's no stringent fire wall or security setting on the router that's causing the connection error.* |
| Red with Amber Flashes | Wi-Fi connected, but not internet | After repeated errors, the system will take a break from trying to connect. Wait for the next retry.* |
| Solid Amber (when it's not in Connect mode) | Wi-Fi signal is poor | If you can, move the router closer to the softener for a better signal. |
| Green with Amber Flashes | System is downloading an over-the-air update | No action needed |
| Rapidly Flashing Red | System is installing an over-the-air update | No action needed |
