Are you looking to connect your new Wi-Fi unit with the iQua®2 app? Great! Your first step is downloading the app! These directions apply to both Android and Apple devices. Follow the steps below to get started!
Before You Start
- Make sure your device has access to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Your Bluetooth should be turned ON
How Do I Find the App?
1. Open the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
2. Search for 'iQua 2'. You should see the following app appear. Make sure you download iQua2 and NOT the original iQua. Your softener is not compatible with iQua.
3. Click on the app to open.
4. Click 'Get' or 'Install'. Enter any passwords or recognition needed to successfully install.
